When it comes to dis-ease I take an innovative & holistic approach blending the concepts of Louise Hay and Dr. Randolph Stone. Louise Hay is famous for her book, You Can Heal Your Life which explains the mind-body connection and how one influences the other. Dr. Stone is the brilliant father of Polarity Therapy, and I am obsessed with the magic of this modality. It is the most powerful form of therapy I have ever experienced. I take a very literal look at your symptoms and then cross-reference them with actual events, traumas usually, in your life physically, emotionally, & mentally. I always find a connection.
